Objective. To study the peculiarities of antibiotics accumulation in appendix vermiformis after various methods their introduction.
 Materials and methods. The investigation was conducted 160 patients, to whom antibiotic introduced by methods: 53 – intramuscularly; 52
 intravenously; 55 lymphotropically. In part patients at 1 h preoperatively, rest 2 h.  Results. intramuscular introduction antibacterial preparation tissues did not accumulate. intravenous ceftriaxone preoperatively it have accumulated 65.4% proximal thirds vermiformis, 34.6% apex observed. its concentration diminished two times. lymphotropic all parts quantity enhanced significantly.
 Conclusion. Accumulation rapidly reduced, one enhanced, witnessing advantage method, must become alternative appendicitis, due targeticity property for accumulation.
